Decorative concrete contractors marketing territory

Territory rights

Three of the primary methods for dividing or sharing territories are based on population, distance and zip codes.  Regardless of the specific territory allocation procedure, the primary underlying factor is often total population to be served within a contractor territory.

For example, rather than specifying a protected area based on potential customers, our agreement will specify a central location and the surrounding area within a specified distance. Similarly, a cluster of zip codes can be the basis for territories, and these also are typically based on total current population to be served. As the residents in a  territory increase with future growth of the area, the need for more contractors to adequately serve the population can become a practical concern.
